Traeger’s Texas Elite (Model BBQ0750) is for the serious backyard griller. With 646 square inches of grilling space you can cook for a large crowd with precision smoking and temperature control. With the reliable Traeger auger to feed pellets, electronic auto start ignition, powerful induction fan, LED Digital thermostat control, and EZ-drain grease system, this Texas sized pellet grill is one great selection.
Traegar Texas Elite Features
Although the Traeger Texas Elite Pellet Grill does not have all the bells and whistles of thousand dollar pellet grills there are several important features we will describe so you can make an informed decision if this pellet grill is the right choice for you.
Multiple Options Digital ControllerTraeger heard the complaints about their older version which only had a 3 option knob and installed this new digital controller that has an easy to read digital LCD screen to show the internal temperature and 11 knob adjustments to control your temperature. One thing we don’t like about this model is there is no plug for an internal meat probe to show the cooking temperature inside your meats while smoking. The controller has an option for shut down which will make sure your auger is emptied out while cooling down the pellet grill.
Easy To Clean Grease Management System
The Traeger Texas Elite is designed where any grease during cooking is dropped onto a grease panel which tilts down and drains into an easily removable bucket for easy cleanup. Lining the bucket with tinfoil makes cleanup a snap.
Highly Accurate Heated Convection Process
Heated convection process. An induction fan circulates rich, hardwood smoke throughout the cook chamber for even heat and epic flavor distribution
Powered by a standard, household outlet, it uses 300 watts for the first four minutes and only 50 watts for the rest of the cook.
