Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts Boneless, Skinless
  • 1/4 Cup Dijon or Spicy Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Steak Sauce

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towel.
  2. Mix other ingredients in bowl. Reserve about one-third of the honey-mustard sauce for basting on grill.
  3. With the remaining sauce, generously dip the chicken until well-coated.

Grilling

  1. Lightly oil the grill grate to help prevent sticking. Light and preheat pellet grill on medium heat.
  2. Place chicken on grill. Rotate chicken and flip occasionally; baste with extra sauce as desired. Total cooking time: about 45 minutes; be sure the poultry is thoroughly cooked, reaching an internal temperature of around 165°.
